The life profession of Sr. Miriam Elizabeth (the Rev. Faith E. Bledsoe) is scheduled for 5 p.m. Aug. 15 at the Convent of St. Helena. The convent is located at 414 Savannah Barony Drive in North Augusta, South Carolina. A reception will follow the liturgy.

A native of Chickasha, Oklahoma, Sr. Miriam Elizabeth is a graduate of Kansas State University and Southwest Theological Seminary. She was ordained deacon in 2002 and priest in 2003. She has served as a priest in Corpus Christi and Victoria, Texas.

OSH is an Episcopal monastic order for lay and ordained women living communally under a vow of monastic poverty, chastity, and obedience to God.
