The Diocese of Wyoming’s Standing Committee has chosen Todd Ousley as the sole nominee for Bishop Provisional, and a special diocesan convention will vote on that proposal.
Presiding Bishop Rowe: “My goal in negotiating this accord with Bishop Singh has been to achieve Title IV’s goals by identifying paths for him to be accountable, to amend his life, and then to seek reconciliation.”
The Rt. Rev. Prince Singh, who is retiring as Bishop of Rochester in February, will quickly become bishop provisional for the Dioceses of Western Michigan and Eastern Michigan.
