Three Candidates Named in WV Bishop Election

The Rev. Canon S. Abbot Bailey, the Diocese of Virginia’s interim canon to the ordinary; the Rev. Canon Patrick Collins, the Diocese of Easton’s canon to the ordinary; and the Rev.
