If many in the Anglican world deem the ten-year leadership of the Archbishop of Canterbury a failure, theologians from Singapore interviewed by The Christian Post take a radically different view of the matter.

The appointment of Rowan Williams is a coup for Cambridge University, as he is expected to attract a long queue of doctoral theology students from across the world.

My question is: Who knows the Anglican Communion best and has the most up to date information concerning the consequences of the failure of the Covenant? Is it Jonathan Clatworthy, who has prepared the No Anglican Covenant Coalition paper, or the Archbishop of Canterbury, who is strongly proposing the Covenant?
Through the deep, ongoing commitment to communication among the early Christians, even those whom Paul and others had yet to meet, Christians knew of each other’s lives and prayed for each other’s needs.
