Taizé Brothers to Visit VTS

Brother Emmanuel and Brother John of the Taizé Community will lead a musical meditation at 1:30 p.m. April 21 at Virginia Theological Seminary.

The Taizé Community is an ecumenical monastic order in Taizé, Saône-et-Loire, Burgundy, France. It is composed of more than 100 brothers, from Protestant and Catholic traditions, who originate from about 30 countries across the world.

The free event will feature a brief presentation on the nature, role, and purpose of Taizé music and meditations, followed by the meditation.
