Oklahoma Calls New Canon

The Rt. Rev. Edward J. Konieczny, Bishop of Oklahoma, writes to the diocese:

I write to you today with an exciting announcement regarding our new Canon to the Ordinary. I am delighted to share with you that the Rev. Dr. Bill Carroll has accepted the position, and will begin November 15th. Bill has served as Rector of Emmanuel, Shawnee, for the past four years, and he will continue his sacramental and pastoral responsibilities through the end of the year.

Bill brings a wealth of education, experience, and proven leadership to his new role as Canon to the Ordinary. He earned his Master of Divinity and Ph.D. in Christian Theology degrees from the University of Chicago Divinity School.
