Please email comments to letters@livingchurch.org.

In this video report by Catholic News Service, the Rev. Dana English, assistant curate at All Saints Church, Rome, discusses a garden project at the monastery of San Gregorio Magno al Celio.

The project, sponsored by English Speaking Churches Together in Rome, aims to restore the ancient monastery garden of San Gregorio. The monastery is the site from which Pope Gregory the Great sent Augustine of Canterbury with 40 monks in 597 to renew evangelism in England.
