The Living Church has hosted and collaborated on dozens of conferences, workshops, courses, retreats, and study days across the U.S. and in the U.K.

When your parish or diocese hosts an event with the Living Church Foundation, expect it to be a unique and rewarding experience. Beginning with prayer and careful thought, TLC events are friendly, organized, and theologically rich.

Why host with us?

You get the benefit of TLC’s full advertising package, a proven event model, and our network of world class teachers and theologians from around the world. We can help you plan and execute a multi-day event or a single-day event, from the drawing board to post-event analytics, or simply connect you with the right speaker(s) for an event you already have in mind.

Services and Fees

Multi-day events
Co-host a conference with the Living Church. Fee: $10,000, typically recuped in ticket sales, plus costs of hosting the event. Includes beginning-to-end planning support, proven TLC event model, advertising, registration, graphic design, consulting, supportive TLC presence at the event, and providing speakers from TLC’s wide network.

Single-day events
Co-host a study day or retreat with the Living Church. Fee: $3,500, typically recuped in ticket sales, plus costs of hosting the event. Includes beginning-to-end planning support, proven TLC event model, advertising, registration, graphic design, consulting, and providing speaker(s) from TLC’s wide network.

Speaker-only Services
Partner with us for consultation and networking to provide the right start to your event. Fee: $750. Includes up to two hours of consultation to get your event off the ground and booking services for up to three speakers from TLC’s network.
