The Church of the Resurrection is a Christian community cultivating a personal relationship with Our Lord Jesus Christ, each other, and our neighbors by promoting justice, peace, and love through worship, ministry, and outreach.  Resurrection is located in Blue Springs, Missouri – a growing suburb of Kansas City. We are seeking a priest who can take our parish to the next level – in terms of our spiritual life, outreach, and evangelism.  We hope to work with our next rector to expand our outreach into the community, grow our parish, and stay faithful to our Episcopal identity – particularly in the area of worship.  We seek a priest with good preaching skills, a heart for pastoral care, and a love of outreach – someone who will not only be involved in our parish life, but in the life of our community.
