Small but mighty, and faithful congregation united in purpose seeks a strong, passionate Rector who is blessed with determination and gusto for a Part-time position. We value concise sermons that not only challenge us, but also relate Scripture to our daily lives. Someone who can jump right in with both feet and become part of our warm and welcoming church family.

St. Andew’s is a debt-free parish which gives freely to those in need. We are a sponsor of Family Promise, and collect food weekly for our regional food bank. In the fall we provide supplies to local schools.

Aberdeen, Washington, the “Gateway to the Olympic Peninsula” offers an abundance of outdoor pursuits, with wildlife of all kinds, and hiking trails to wander. We have a population that actively supports a variety of the arts- visual as well as performing; many musical genres that appeal to all ages and tastes, and a comprehensive library system. Besides proximity to two National Parks, we are also in easy reach of Seattle, Olympia and Portland.

There may be opportunities for part time work at local schools and college, as well as pastoral care openings at our hospital and hospice agencies. Working from home is also an option.
