Boren Headington: Evangelize!

Please email comments to letters@livingchurch.org.

Carrie Boren Headington, a deputy from the Diocese of Dallas, talks with TLC correspondent G. Jeffrey MacDonald about how she’s bringing her experience with evangelism to General Convention’s Committee on Communications and Evangelism.

This committee is exploring several opportunities to expand evangelism in the church, ranging from greater online outreach to a special task force on evangelism.

“We are going after those who are lost and are searching,” she says, “and we’re saying, ‘What you’re searching for is made known.’”
