Support for Scholars’ Travel April 25, 2014 News Adapted from a Virginia Theological Seminary release In the fall of 2013, Virginia Theological Seminary announced a new travel grant program to support research in the African American Episcopal Historical Collection. Funded by the Historical Society of the Episcopal Church, the program was developed to offset travel expenses for researchers using the collection that is curated at the seminary’s Bishop Payne Library.
