Trinity School for Ministry, Ambridge PA, is seeking to hire a full time (40hrs/wk w/benefits) IT Specialist. The IT Specialist assists the IT Manager in maintaining the data center, network, internet and phone services; is responsible for first level user support throughout the school on all systems; and provides IT and AV support for special events.Duties include: day-to-day IT support for faculty, staff and students; support and maintenance for IT systems(network, virtual environment, computer, email and phone); technical assistance to faculty and staff; occasional evening and weekend hours.Knowledge and Experience:LAN/WAN; CiscoASA; Cisco networking; DHCP/DNS;IIS; virtualization; Linux (command line); PC set-up and repair; user support for MS Office and Google apps; phone system administration; audiovisual equipment; professional presentations; Windows 7/10; MS Server 08/12. The North American Lutheran Seminary, located on the campus of Trinity School for Ministry, Ambridge PA, is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the NALS President and assistance to the Board of Regents. Accountabilities: type and process various assigned documents, process incoming and outgoing correspondence, develop and draft presidential correspondence, field and screen phone calls,coordinate travel arrangements, maintain historical lists and files, arrange meeting and conference accommodations, prepare and distribute meeting agendas and committee reports, arrange conference calls, prepare classroom and instructional materials for the President’s teaching commitments, assist in student recruitment by responding to potential student inquiries and coordinating student visits.Qualifications: minimum three (3) years’ experience in an administrative support role.Personal qualifications: Christian ethics and integrity, strong work ethic, excellent written, verbal and listening skills, and familiarity with the Lutheran Church is a plus. Knowledge: Microsoft office products, proper procedural protocol for taking minutes, Raiser’s Edge database is a plus. Skills:
